I'm going to give this a try ~ can't say what I'll write about, if it will be interesting, or if you'll even want to read it. Recently, I've realized that as women, we have a lot of emotions and alot to say ~ not always should we say it and have someone respond, but we need to be able to express our feelings, or they will just boil up inside of us and explode...not healthy for the hubbies or anyone within close proximity, LoL.
So, coming up with a "title" for one of this things is absolutely ridiculously ridiculous ~ I typed ~ deleted ~ googled and nothing, so I started thinking about some of my favorite movies and Ya Ya Sisterhood, came to mind...so the other day, the MOM, God Bless her Heart, called me at work, I could tell she was having a hard day ~ so what better for me to do then make her laugh ~ she asked me what I was going to do when I got home and I in turn responded with "drinking wine, dancing naked under the tree ~ in the backyard" ~ I'm sure she turned three shades of red, but she laughed...mission accomplished. Anyways, back to the movie, NO! Vivi doesn't dance naked under a tree, but when she's at her whit end with Sidda and everything else ~ she does go to the "Mother of the motherless and asks for divine intervention once again" and then she says "Quelle grande surprise" = What a great surprise!....I love this scene...I love this movie, some parts are a little too close, but the closeness that the women have and the bond they share, is a bond that women need and should desire to have with each other.
Everyday we have "Great Surprises", one way or the other, there are Great Surprises.
